The licence

PawShift is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The points below add what is particular to PawShift.

Plans and payment

PawShift is free for one person. Duo, Family and Family+ are subscriptions that one person, the one who set up the household, buys for everyone in it.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can turn off renewal or cancel in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. The plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.

Your household

The household belongs to the people in it. The person who set it up chooses the plan, invites people and adds kid profiles; each grown-up joins with their own account and can leave or delete it at any time.

What you add stays yours. The privacy policy says what is stored and how to delete it.

The pet assistant

On the paid plans, PawShift can answer questions about your pets’ routines. Its answers are general guidance and never a vet’s advice: if a pet seems unwell, call your vet.

Questions

The support page has the common answers. For anything else, write to hello@pawshift.app.

Kayra and James answer every email themselves.
